    The Consortium is housed administratively in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and is coordinated by Professor Robert Valuck, PhD, RPh. The Consortium now is able to offer a staff of ten who can support its efforts throughout the state.

    Rob coordinates the vision of the Consortium by building strategic partnerships at the federal, state, and local levels. Email Rob

    José Esquibel — Associate Director

    José manages the Consortium’s activities and leads community outreach efforts. Email José

    Gina Olberding, MBA — Assistant Director

    Gina provides oversight to Consortium projects, programs, and staff. Email Gina

    Susanna Cooper, MPH — Program Manager

    Susanna provides support to the Harm Reduction and Provider Education work groups to create products and coordinate events. Email Susanna

    Jennifer Place, MA, LPC, LAC — Program Manager

    Jennifer provides support to the Treatment, Recovery, Affected Family and Friends, and Heroin Response work groups to create products and coordinate events. Email Jennifer

    Tyler Payne, BS — Program Manager

    Tyler provides support to the Public Awareness, Safe Disposal, Data and Research, and Prescription Drug Monitoring Program work groups to create products and coordinate events. Email Tyler

    Jessica Eaddy, MSW — External Relations Strategist

    Jessica builds relationships with local and regional efforts addressing the opioid epidemic, with a focus on southwest Colorado and mountain communities. She provides technical assistance and establishes connections to other services and organizations in the state as needed. Email Jessica

    Jamie Feld, MPH — External Relations Strategist

    Jamie builds relationships with local and regional efforts addressing the opioid epidemic, with a focus on the Denver area and northeast Colorado. She provides technical assistance and establishes connections to other services and organizations in the state as needed. Email Jamie

    Judy Solano, MS, RN — External Relations Strategist

    Judy builds relationships with local and regional efforts addressing the opioid epidemic, with a focus on southeast Colorado. She provides technical assistance and establishes connections to other services and organizations in the state as needed. Email Judy

    Michael Davidson, BA — Communications Professional

    Michael works with Consortium members to develop, coordinate, and support communications campaigns. He creates digital and print content to promote the Consortium’s work, manages the Consortium’s websites, and coordinates public awareness campaigns. Email Michael

    Rosemarie MacDowell, AA — Center Coordinator

    Rosemarie provides administrative support to the Consortium and its work groups. This includes producing financial documents, managing files, email distribution lists, and work group communications. Email Rosemarie
